We aim to deliver you’re items within 5/7 working days within the U.K & 7-14 working days outside the U.K, please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us as we do get extremely busy with high volumes of orders (unless stated otherwise on the website)  If you haven't received your order within 14 working days please contact us.

Delivery outside the U.K. - Please allow 10-14 working days if you haven’t received your order by 21 days please contact us. 

Delivery to the Channel Islands & The Isle Of Man please allow up to 18 working days.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will only refund items up to 14 days**. If 14 days** have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We will exchange items up to 28 days**. It may take 5-7 working days to receive the refund in your account. To be eligible for a return/exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any labels still attached.

Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer. Contact us via email at contact@scboutique.co.uk for the returns address.

Exchanges (if applicable) We will exchange items up to 28 days**. If you want an exchange send us an email at contact@scboutique.co.uk and the returns address will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our behalf then return costs will be refunded.

Delivery costs are not included with refunds.

PERSONALISTION RETURNS 

A refund or exchange on any personalised item will only be issued if there is fault made by SCBoutique. We recommend you check all personalisation credentials before ordering.
