Is postage per item or total order ?
Postage is per order not per item.

      Can I cancel my order?
        Yes you can, you must notify us immediately via email or our live chat. 
        I’ve deleted my gift card code can it be re-sent?

          Yes pop us a email & we will re send you your code.

          Are the branded items real & genuine?

            All of our branded items are 100% real & authentic, we use only the best sourced suppliers.

            Can I return a personalised item ?

            If the item is faulty or has a defect yes, if you are wanting to return the item due to not wanting the item anymore then no as your item is personalised to you.

            Why are my wax melts frosty ?

            We use 100% Soy Wax & it’s common for them to frost from time to time when using Soy Wax.

            Why does the liquid separate in my spray bottle ?

             This is due to the water & oil used in each bottle, this is a common occurrence due to the natural ingredients we use.
